Delivery SofaBed House provides estimated delivery times. They are not guaranteed.

You will normally receive your sofa around 5 weeks after we have received your payment. However during busy periods this may take a little longer, this can also be the case if you live in a rural area.Please ensure your delivery address details including the postcode are correct. A contact telephone number must also be provided. We cannot accept any responsibility for non delivered orders due to incorrect address details or telephone numbers.

Your order will be delivered by a professional courier company. Delivery days are Monday to Sunday between 8am and 10pm. Delivery is not available on public holidays. These orders will be delivered on the next working day. You will be contacted by the Courier company when they receive your order and they will advise you of the delivery date. Please note that they cannot guarantee delivery times but they will advise you if there are any delivery day changes.

On the day of delivery the Courier Team will unpack your furniture, install it in the room of your choice (on the ground floor only) and remove all packing materials from your home and recycle wherever possible. To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture the Courier Team will ask you to sign for your furniture after it has been installed.

Please ensure all access points are clear of obstacles. If there are steps leading to your flat or apartment an additional handling fee will apply. The fee is £10 per floor to a maximum of £30. This should be paid to the driver at the point of delivery.

Two man premium delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland Post Codes and UK Mainland postcodes with different delivery charges such as: SA, CF, CT, PL, EX, TQ, KY, AB, DD, PH, TR, BT. One man delivery apply.

If an item appears to be damaged when received, either refuse delivery or sign for it as damaged goods.

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after 7 days period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty.

A non-refundable collection charge will be applied to selected furniture items if delivery is refused, or collection is requested, unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on sofas made to your specification, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered. For hygiene reasons bedding items, like mattresses, duvets and pillows cannot be returned if unwrapped unless faulty. Self assembly furniture cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty.
